My research interests are in crustal
evolution, volcanism, geothermal processes, and the
development and application of SIMS microanalysis to problems in
petrology, geochronology, and environmental sciences. Applications of
my research are to improve volcanic hazard assessment and uses of
geothermal reservoirs.
