HINTS

a) Make a new directory for each sample to not overwrite any output file.

b) Plot the file dist.dat, it not only allows comparison among 
   distributions with different numbers of domains, but also shows how 
   robust are the parameters that define each domain. 

c) Whenever is possible, run the program fixing Do, (See 2c) and reducing
   the number of domains the program must check. It will short cut the
   running time.
